Everything a page describes happens on a physical device in the customer's own fleet, never through a social platform's API. > The Companion is a macOS desktop app that runs on the customer's own Mac and manages the phones over USB — iPhones through WebDriverAgent, GrapheneOS phones through ADB and scrcpy. Nothing runs while the Companion is closed. > The Companion builds, signs and installs WebDriverAgent on each iPhone itself. Never tell a customer to sign WebDriverAgent by hand in Xcode; Xcode is a prerequisite the Companion drives, not a step the customer performs. > Autogrowth MAX is a one-time, invite-only lifetime license bought from the organization's credit balance, not a subscription tier. It is required to run any automation, workflow or Incubator program. Without a price set for that organization, the purchase is refused. > An automation is one of AutoGrowth's built-in definitions; a script is a graph the customer builds in the Script Builder. The Script Builder is locked platform-wide, so never present building a script as something a customer can do today. > An API key is a bare 64-character hex string with no prefix. It is shown once, at creation, is sent as `Authorization: Bearer `, and can never be read back. > An API key sees only the key owner's own accounts, content, collections, prompts, scripts and executions. Devices and tags are organization-scoped, and a non-owner sees only the devices assigned to them or carrying one of their tags. The automation catalog is global. > There is no pagination. List endpoints return the whole set; the only limiting parameter anywhere is `limit` on `GET /v1/executions`, which defaults to 50 and has no offset to page with. > Remote control and the live screen are dashboard-only, over WebSocket and MJPEG. Neither is part of the public API. > The MCP server is hosted at https://mcp.autogrowth.farm and authenticates with OAuth. It is not an npm package and there is nothing to install locally. Its tools inherit exactly the scope of the API key behind them. > Android support is partial and GrapheneOS-only: those phones appear in the fleet and can be watched and remote-controlled, but they cannot run scripts or automations. > Never document Hi Katie or any persona feature. When a page and the code disagree, the code wins — check a claim against the source before repeating it. # Credits and billing > Credits, phone slots, the storage they carry, and the one-time licences you buy on top. AutoGrowth runs on a **credit balance**. You put credits on the organization, and everything you buy — phone slots, licences, containers — is charged against them. There are no plans and no subscription tiers. There is no card on file, no invoice portal, and nothing renews itself except the monthly container charge. If you stop topping up, things stop working; nothing is ever charged to you by surprise. Billing lives in **Settings → Billing** and needs the *Manage billing* permission. Owners always have it. You'll be redirected to a secure checkout to pay." * Presets of **$50**, **$100**, **$250** and **$500**, or a custom amount. * **Minimum \$5**, whole dollars only. * **The checkout expires in one hour.** Start a new one if you miss it. * Credits land when the payment confirms, not when the browser comes back. You will see "Payment received — your credits will appear shortly." **A direct top-up from us.** Your contact at AutoGrowth can credit the organization without a checkout. Ask if that suits you better. When a purchase costs more than you hold, the answer is exact: **Insufficient credits. Need \$420.00.** Top up and try again. ## Phone slots A **phone slot** is the licence that lets one phone work. Every phone in your fleet needs one, iPhone or GrapheneOS. Without a live slot a phone can be plugged in and visible and still do nothing — see [Your fleet](/guides/your-fleet). Slots are bought **unbound** and attach themselves to whichever phone connects next. | Fleet size | Price per phone, per month | | ------------- | -------------------------- | | 1–20 phones | **\$60** | | 21–50 phones | **\$40** | | 51–100 phones | **\$35** | **Every slot is priced at the tier your new total lands in**, not the tier it was bought at. Going from 20 phones to 21 makes all 21 cost \$40, not just the new one. The ladder works in your favour as you grow, and against you if you shrink. Buying and keeping them: * Slots are sold in blocks of **30 days**, between 1 and 12 blocks at a time. * **They do not auto-renew.** Renewing is something you do. Watch for the **expiring** and **expired** badges on the phone slots panel. * **There is no refund and no proration.** Removing a slot forfeits whatever time is left on it, and the dialog says so before you confirm. * **There is no grace period.** A slot stops working the moment it expires. * Renewing an expired slot starts a fresh 30 days from today; renewing a live one adds to the end of the current period. * The hard cap is **100 phones**. Above that: "You've hit the phone limit for this org. Contact support for custom pricing." Each **active** slot also carries **20 GB** of content storage. Storage cannot be bought on its own — see [Content library](/guides/content-library). ## Autogrowth MAX MAX is a **one-time, invite-only lifetime licence**, paid for out of your credit balance. Not a tier, not a subscription, nothing to renew: "Lifetime license — pay once, never renew." It is priced per organization, and it is only offered to some. If it has not been offered to yours, the purchase is refused: > Autogrowth MAX is invite-only. Contact us for access. What MAX actually unlocks: * Running any [automation](/guides/automations) — one now, one scheduled, or a bulk batch. * [Workflows](/guides/workflows), the daily routines. * The Incubator, which warms accounts up over several days. * Linking [accounts](/guides/accounts) to phones. * **\$1 off every Meta container**, at every volume tier. The MAX poster mentions the Script Builder. The Script Builder is locked for every organization, MAX holders included, and cannot be bought by anyone. Buy MAX for the list above, not for that. ## The create-account add-on The Instagram **Create Account** automation is not covered by MAX. It is a separate **one-time, organization-wide** purchase of **\$1,500** that never renews — "Charged once from your organization's credit balance." Without it, that one automation is refused: "The Create Account add-on is required to run this automation." There is no exception for anyone. It also unlocks the **IG Signup** page, which is the same thing in batch form. ## Container licences and container charges [Containers](/guides/containers) have two costs: a one-time licence for the phone, and a monthly charge for the containers themselves. | What | Cost | | ------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Doritos licence seat** | **\$40** one-time each, 1–50 per order. One seat licenses one jailbroken iPhone. A seat is taken when a phone activates and returns to your pool when that phone is deactivated. | | **DoritosLite licence key** | **\$400** one-time each. One key unlocks one non-jailbroken phone. A key returns to your pool if its licence is revoked. | | **Meta containers (Doritos)** | Monthly, on a volume ladder from **$4.00** down to **$0.50** per container. MAX takes \$1 off each. | | **Reddit containers (Doritos)** | **\$3** per container, per month. | | **Other apps (Doritos)** | Free and unlimited. | | **DoritosLite containers** | **\$10** per container, per month, flat. | GrapheneOS profiles are not containers you buy. They are never billed. Buy Doritos seats **ahead of time**. A phone that activates with no seat left in the pool is blocked until it gets one. ## What "payment failed" means here There is no card to decline. A failure means your credit balance did not cover the monthly container charge. A banner appears: **Container payment failed** — "Add credits to cover this month's container charge — we retry daily during a 7-day grace period." Nothing stops. Top up any time in that window and the charge goes through on the next attempt. **Container billing suspended** — "New Meta and Reddit containers are blocked until you add credits. Existing containers keep running." Phone slots behave differently: they do not retry and they do not warn.
